This is a great debate on the CBC radio, hosted by none other than Jian Ghomeshi, It's about the future of our libraries and it really makes you think! One of the top rated reference libraries in the world is located in New York. They have big plans that has caused over a thousand people to sign a petition against it.... they want to remove a huge part of their reference collection to make room for extra computers, a coffee shop, etc. This seems to be the new trend.
